A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking. Full balance must be paid by the event date.
The customer is responsible for all rented items from delivery/pickup until return.
Damage Fees: $7 per broken/damaged chair, $10 per broken/damaged table. Additional charges apply for lost or severely damaged items.
All items must be ready for pickup at the agreed time. Delays or inaccessible areas may result in additional fees ($10/hr).
Promotional pricing honored only during sale timeframe and when mentioned during booking.
Setup (if selected) requires a clear, safe, and accessible area.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event and are subject to availability.
Return and Refund Policy
Refunds on deposits only when bookings are cancelled prior to 48 hours before event start time. Last-minute cancellations may forfeit payments.
If cancelled due to inclement weather, deposits will be returned in full.
To cancel, you must call or text (901) 859-0949 or email calspartyrentals@gmail.com stating that you would like to cancel your event. Please provide your full name and event date in the message.
